Dictaphone- Dictaphone is a web-based system in which the doctor records the patient�s history through a Dictaphone and the wave files which gets recorded in the Dictaphone are to be uploaded manually to the secured server provided by Medisigns.

Toll free Access- In this technique the doctor has to dial the toll free number given by Medisigns and dictate the patient�s history. The voice files gets converted into the safe encrypted format and automatically get uploaded to the transcription server of Medisigns.

Digital transcripts with safe encryption passwords would be emailed to the client and/or will be placed on the ftp.

Billing is based on industry standard 65-character line
