Mr.Ramesh Pathakamudi is the Founder director and CEO of Medisigns Transtech (P) Ltd.. Under Ramesh’s leadership Medisigns has grown more than 100% each year for the last 3 years. Ramesh is responsible for fostering partnerships and delivering extreme value through their offshore execution to the U S and U K’s healthcare industry clients.

Ramesh has 8 years of experience in the processes related to US health care industry with large part of his experience derived in managing medical transcription facility. Ramesh started his career with Mediland. as director-operations , where he was responsible for the offshore operations of Medical Transcription services at Hyderabad, India. He was instrumental in standardizing the IT and accounting practices at Mediland. Ramesh had later worked for SAR Softech Pvt Ltd , a 300 seating capacity New Delhi based company where he had managed numerous successful Medical transcription services and other health industry services segments.

Ramesh is very passionate about the right approach to train and develop new employees at Medisigns in business processes, technology, quality and leadership.

Ramesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering and Diploma in leather Technology from State Technical Board, Andhra Pradesh India and other certifications from various educational institutions.

Sreenivas R Mopuri manages the Services practice for strategic accounts & partners based out of Hyderabad. Sreenivas has been in the Information Systems business for 10 years, he has started out as a Project engineer working for A S A Machine Tools (P) Ltd., a company which is engaged in manufacturing Cable manufacturing machines and other machinery for space industry. After two years, he started Optonet Technologies (P) Ltd , a company which is specialized in computer networking Technology solutions at Hyderabad, India. Prior to joining Medisigns, he has worked with Samsung India Electronics Limited. In addition to his broad range of Technical and Business skills, he has managed Implementation and Development efforts for many client sites.

Sreenivas is a graduate engineer with Instrumentation as specialization from Bangalore University, Bangalore and holds a P G Diploma in Marketing Management from Business school, Osmania University, Hyderabad.

Mrs. Lakshmi Bollipalli, an accounting and Auditing professional, has immense experience in accounting and administration in number of private sector organisations. Her qualifications include Masters in Computer Applications and Masters in Commerce. Additionally, she has participated in a number of accounting and auditing resource related workshops and symposiums. Pursuing the ACS in company affairs is next on her educational agenda.

Lakshmi has held the position of Director-Finance since the inception of Medisigns Transtech Private Limited in 2003 - a position she thoroughly enjoys. Before joining Medisigns Transtech Private Limited , she worked in a similar capacity at Optonet Technologies Private Limited.,Hyderabad.

Lakshmi is hardworking, dedicated, committed and a great team player. She plays the role of mother, friend and counsellor to members of staff, and is seen as one of the most loyal and people-oriented senior managers at Medisigns Transtech Private Limited. In recognition of her hard work she was awarded Certificates of Excellence for Four consecutive years. She also contributes to social welfare activities, whenever possible.
